Back in April, the bureaucrats of New York State decided that it’s within their jurisdictional purview to eliminate the right of parents to opt their children out of mandatory vaccinations for religious reasons. But Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of Children’s Health Defense is having none of it.
According to reports, Kennedy and his legal team are planning to file a series of lawsuits against the Empire State for violating the religious liberties of state residents who oppose vaccines as a matter of personal faith.
In a recent social media post, Rita Palma, a New York State resident who runs the My Kids, My Choice website, made a formal announcement about these lawsuits. In it, she warned that, despite being “home to the strongest legal talents in our movement” – this movement referring to folks who support health freedom and medical choice when it comes to vaccines – New York State and its bill repealing religious exemptions from mandatory vaccination “is the most draconian repeal bill passed.”
This direct affront to health freedom doesn’t have to remain the law, however. Palma and others are urging supporters of health freedom to spread the word far and wide about not just the bill and its ramifications, but also Kennedy’s efforts to overrule it via the legal system.
“On April 15, 2019, a legal challenge was filed in the New York State Trial Court by Robert Krakow, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Patricia Finn against the New York City Department of Health and Human Hygiene for their forced Measles-Mumps-Rubella vaccination,” reads an official announcement about the lawsuits put forth by Children’s Health Defense.
“The legal team asked for a temporary restraining order against the mandate that the Judge will likely review and provide an ex parte decision. Children’s Health Defense is supporting these efforts.”

As you probably well know, fighting the system takes plenty of hard work, dedication, and funding, which is why Palma and others are encouraging those with the means to do so to contribute to this legal effort in defense of health freedom.

If money is tight, then you can help by simply spreading the word about these lawsuits to others, drawing as much attention as possible to the egregious threat of healthy tyranny that is mandatory vaccination.
“Non-compliance with the order is a misdemeanor subject to criminal and civil fines, including imprisonment,” warns Children’s Health Defense about how New York State’s repeal of religious exemptions from mandatory vaccination will impact parents.
“Only those with documented immunity, medical contraindications or infants under six months are exempt from the vaccine mandate.”
